Even Though....

Sisters,

It is often said that starting is good but more important is ending well. The bible even puts it better, "better is the end of a matter than its beginning". Eccelisiastes 7:8
So Sis, to be on this platform at this latter part of the year is a pointer that our latter days shall be greater than the former by His grace.

Therefore, I count it a great privilege.😚

Speaking about the end of the year, it's not uncommon that we begin to take 'stock' and 'evaluate' the year so far.
But here is my admonition to you:
"Even though the fig trees have no blossoms, and there are no grapes on the vines; even though the olive crop fails, and the fields lie empty and barren; even though the flocks die in the fields, and the cattle barns are empty, yet I will rejoice in the Lord ! I will be joyful in the God of my salvation! The Sovereign Lord is my strength! He makes me as surefooted as a deer, able to tread upon the heights." Habakkuk 3:17-‬19 NLT

I reckon that the writer of the book of Habakkuk understood that things might not go as planned, his wants might not have been met yet, but still he will rejoice. In the 'worst' of days/times, what has been your disposition? When you are faced with 'even though' kind of situation what do you say or do?

If you were to think of the things God has saved you from and the things you've been through...aren't you glad you don't look like it - because He has made your feet like the deers. So, while it seems to you like you are not there yet, in actual fact, you have been walking on high places. Above principalities and powers. And the only reason you are still standing is because He has made a way.

Sis, I hope this encourages you stay in Joy and hope in God no matter what happens. Where you are at it's not the end though might be a bend. Rejoice!
Look at it this way, the lion that was to kill Samson brought him honey, could it be that that the seemingly looking mountainous situation before you is there to elevate you? After all, you have the feet of a deer.

I know there is a miracle in this season with your name on it and God requires us to wait in Joy. Let us keep our Joy undiluted despite the 'even thoughs' . Remember it is with Joy that we draw from the well of salvation.

Loads of love,

Your Sis

The Creative Power

Dearly Beloved, Happy New Year! I pray that 2023 will be exciting and fulfilling for you; may your expectations not be cut short in Jesus Name, Amen. A few days ago, I came across on my Instagram page a snippet of some of the things I said in 2019. In this video, I was talking about my personalised confessions after a vision boarding session. So I said things like, “I am transforming Africa”, “I enjoy healthy relationships”, and I went on and on.  Sisters, I was so moved by how everything I spoke in that video has become a reality today. There is so much power in our words; honestly, we can’t really understand how powerful it is on this side of the earth.  Can we do something? Do a video saying where you see yourself (in alignment with the Word of God) by December 31, 2023 and save it. Say things like, I have become a global brand because Nations and kings are coming to the knowledge of my rising. I see myself setting a new pace with groundbreaking ideas in my industry b...

You Are Being Built

Hello Beautiful, I hope you know how much God loves and is mind-full of you. I have wanted to write to you for so long now, but I kept telling myself, “i will get to it”, and alas, we are now in April. Can you believe we are in April already?! I trust God that this write up meets you in good spirits. God is so merciful. Earlier in the year, January to be precise, the Holy Spirit instructed me to reread the story of Joseph and this time, I had the nudge to list point by point the career lessons from him. The way I was inspired to pen these lessons was as though I was preparing to use them for a speaking engagement. I stalled a little because the story is one I have read severally and wondered why writing it in the way I had been inspired to matter, especially as it is one of the major cruces of my book - The Millennial Employee. Eventually, I obeyed and studied the story as I was inspired. January and February passed. I had no reference to it and even forgot I did the exercise....
